Found body of Spanish blows were extended to Portugal
Fhi found the body of Pablo Sierra, the missing Spaniard – and found searches were extended to Portugal -, around 10:09 this Friday in the El Pico area of the Guadiana river, in Spain, about five or six meters away where the cell phone appeared days ago with traces of blood.
The National Police believes that this was a “fatal accident”, which is the main line of the investigation, says Chema Rodríguez, the chief inspector responsible for the case.
According to the inspector, to the newspaper El Mundo, “the young man could be confused about the way to go from the Old Quarter of the city, from where he had gone out for a ‘glass’ with some friends, and instead of walking to the university residence where he lived, changed his trajectory and moved to the river area”.
Remember that Pablo Sierra, a 21-year-old Spaniard, had disappeared on December 3rd without a trace.
The family of the young math student, decided on Tuesday, in collaboration with the organization SOS Desaparecidos, to extend the search to Portugal, due to the fact that the border was just a few kilometers from where Pablo had disappeared.
