Eintracht Frankfurt could lose offensive players: Co-trainer clear announcement

Eintracht Frankfurt could lose an offensive player in winter. His co-national coach makes a clear statement about a possible transfer.

Frankfurt – Eintracht Frankfurt is on the upswing in the Bundesliga. There was a spectacular and convincing 5-2 win against top club Bayer 04 Leverkus – despite a 2-0 deficit at the beginning of the game. The team and coach Oliver Glasner seem to have found each other and harmonize very well with each other. It looks as if the SGE with the coach, who reached the Champions League in Wolfsburg, will be a success story after all.

In the table, Eintracht Frankfurt is now in ninth position – just two points behind the international places. After the short winter break, the team of coach Oliver Glasner will certainly start an attack on the Europa League places and possibly even the throw of the big Champions League this season, which was just missed in the last season under ex-coach Adi Hütter.

Eintracht Frankfurt: Hrustic with little working time

Many Eintracht Frankfurt players have fought their way out of their form low in the last few weeks and are showing consistently strong performances. But there are not only winners in the last few games, because some professionals are rarely used or not at all. This also includes Ajdin Hrustic, central midfielder at the SGE, who currently does not have a good stand under coach Oliver Glasner and does not even make it into the squad.

The season started very well for Hrustic, who started three times in the first four Bundesliga games. But Eintracht Frankfurt did not succeed and Glasner was always happy. There followed substitutions and at least the nomination for the matchday squad, but since he had to pass injured for the away game at Greuther Fürth, he has not been in any Bundesliga game.

For the party in Freiburg he was in the management professions, but this is his regular place in the stands. The problem for him and a few others is the fact that Oliver Glasner quickly has the whole squad available. There are no injuries or suspensions at Eintracht Frankfurt. Jens Petter Hauge, who had to leave a short time later after coming on as a substitute against Leverkusen, is currently the only injured person at the SGE.

Eintracht Frankfurt: World Cup for Hrustic in danger

In the coming year the soccer World Cup is in Qatar and Ajdin Hrustic fought with Australia to qualify for it. Participation is not yet assured, but it doesn’t look bad for the “Socceroos”. But without match practice in the club, Hrustic could possibly miss the tournament. Will he possibly leave Eintracht Frankfurt in winter if nothing changes in his situation in the games until the winter break?

The Australian online portal FTBL reports that two clubs are keen to sign the Eintracht Frankfurt midfielder. Fiorentina and Real Betis Sevilla would like to commit the 25-year-old, who has a market value of three million euros, in winter.

Eintracht Frankfurt: Australian assistant trainer with clear text on the situation around Hrustic

Rene Meulensteen, assistant coach of the Australian national team, commented on the unsatisfactory situation of Hrustic at Eintracht Frankfurt. “Ajdin is an important player and you want to see your best players play in every possible game. I’m sure that if Ajdin doesn’t get the playing time he expects, he WILL look for other options, ”he told Australian online portal FTBL.

Meanwhile, Eintracht Frankfurt will change the squad again in the summer. A departure has already become known, because an SGE star does not receive a new contract. The SGE is looking for reinforcements for the offensive. Is an attacker from a Europa League opponent coming? (smr)
