Sports Judge Resolutions: San Marino-Arzachena and Florida-FB5
Two resolutions by the Sports Judge, one in Serie A2 and one in Under 19.
SERIES A2 It was found that the San Marino Academy-Arzachena match was not played due to the failure
presentation on the pitch of the 2015 ARZACHENA within the regulatory waiting time, considering that the aforementioned company has sent in this regard suitable documentation certifying the existence of a cause of force
major that prevented the team from reaching the venue in good time, the Sports Judge decides to accept the request for force majeure and consequently to have the documents handed over to the Five-a-side Football Division for the powers of competence aimed at carrying out the match in question.
The notification fee is not due.
UNDER 19 The Sports Judge, noted from the official documents that the match in the epigraph was suspended by the referee after 14 seconds from the whistle of the 1st half as the Company FB5 TEAM ROME A RL, showed up late for the match with only 3 players, following an injury to one of her own players, was left with only two elements and therefore unable to continue the game due to lack of the minimum number of players, decides:
to impose on the FB5 TEAM ROME A RL Company the sporting punishment for the loss of the match with a score of 0-6, the fine of € 50.00 for causing delay at the start of the match, also arranging for the documents to be sent to the federal prosecutor for the assessment of any violations of the provisions of article 4 of the CGS.
Regarding the decision, however, it should be noted that 0-6 should not be considered, following the renunciation of the Florida championship.
