Colt collaborates with Oracle in Sweden

Colt has announced that it is expanding its IQ Network footprint by expanding its services to the Oracle Cloud Stockholm Region.
The expansion will allow customers to use secure connection from their websites to Oracle Cloud via Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) FastConnect.
Colt has two Metropolitan Area Networks (MAN) in Copenhagen and Stockholm and over 670 connected business sites and 45 connected data centers in the region.
The company says that its offering, together with OCI FastConnect, will ensure a simple, flexible and economical way for companies in Sweden’s industrial and financial heart to connect to Oracle Cloud.

Colt has been working with Oracle for three years, which initially enabled companies to take advantage of the 100 Gbps Colt IQ Network.
With OCI, Colt says that customers will benefit from consistent, high performance and that it provides the expertise to quickly and efficiently transfer corporate workloads to the cloud.
