“Russia is the aggressor, Crimea is ours,” reports Ukrainian midfielder Grin – Football
Oleksandriya’s midfielder Sergei Grin writes to Tribuna.com about a possible transfer to the Russian championship.
– Yours made a splash about sports and the possibility of moving to a Russian club. Maybe you were misunderstood?
“I’ll call this idiot who interviewed.
– So Russia is the aggressor? And whose Crimea?
– Why are you asking me about Russia and Crimea? I have already undergone three operations, I am waiting for the fourth.
I live in Ukraine, my family also lives in Ukraine, I was born in Ukraine. What other possible transition to Russia? I think how I can recover faster and return to the Alexandria line.
– I wish you a speedy recovery, but you still did not answer.
“Well, of course, Russia is the aggressor, Crimea is ours,” Grin said.
Earlier, the 27-year-old Ukrainian answered questions regarding a possible transfer to the Russian club.
– You are from Volnovakha, let us recall an unpleasant part of the history of Ukraine: the beginning of the war in Donbass. How did your loved ones meet the offensive?
– My parents still live there. Since there was no DNR in Volnovakha, they decided to stay there. I suggested that my parents leave, but they refused.
They said there was a house there and everything was fine. What is not dangerous there now. There was only one shelling of the bus, but no one from my family was injured at that time.
– After such actions, could you move to the Russian championship?
– I don’t know … I don’t want to talk about politics at all, because sports and politics are different things, – said Grin UA-Football.
