Insita Praha is an exhibition of naive art, art brut and outsider art. It took place in the capital from November 5 to December 2 in the Lapidary Gallery. 36 artists from all over the world created here.
The exhibition aims to present to the Czech public artists who create naive, brut or outsider art, ie artists without artistic academic education, with simplicity, authenticity, freedom, purity and spontaneity. For lovers of the naive art, naming the exhibition may remind the internationally recognized, but no longer exist, Bratislava triennials. We would also like to follow up on his legacy in the Czech Republic. We are glad that Insita Praha 2021 is launching a new tradition of international sharing and cooperation of painters and organizers in the world of naive art. The organizer is the association MoNaIV.
