A 23-year-old man was savagely assaulted on Sunday evening in the Saint-Cyprien district in Toulouse.
His face is contorted with bruises and a broken thumb. A 23-year-old man suffered a very violent assault around 8:30 p.m. Sunday in the Saint-Cyprien district in Toulouse. It was prepared by a young man on the street. The latter asked him to lend him a hand to unload something. The future victim did not hesitate and followed the man into the courtyard of a building. In the dark, his attacker started hitting him multiple times to the point where he was almost knocked out. He was robbed of the cash he had on him, i.e. € 400, then his attacker ran away.
Police officers from the Saint-Cyprien specialized field brigade immediately went to the scene where they were able to receive the attacker’s report. While patrolling the area, they managed to find a man who matched the description. The latter was himself injured in the hands as the blows he had dealt were so violent. This 18-year-old young man, already known, was arrested and placed in police custody where he remains on Monday.
