Changes to the agenda
An urgent procedure request on Transitional provisions for certain in vitro diagnostic medical devices and deferred application of requirements for internal devices will be put to the vote on Monday.
No proposal or amendment has been tabled to reject the Council’s position on the recommendation for second reading by Tiemo Wölken (S&D, DE) on Health technology assessment. Voting on the amendments to this recommendation scheduled for Tuesday’s voting session is therefore no longer necessary.

Committee requests to enter into negotiations with the Council and the Commission
The decisions of the committees to enter into interinstitutional negotiations (Rule 72) are published on the plenary website.
If no request for a vote in Parliament on the decision to start negotiations is made before Tuesday 12:00, the committees can start negotiations.
