Big Barometer: more Belgians in favor of compulsory vaccination for all

According to our Big Barometer Le Soir-RTL Info-Ipsos-VTM- Het Laatste Nieuws, compulsory vaccination is now widely acclaimed by the population while this measure was still in the minority in the spring.

VSis spectacular growth. In less than a year, the possibility of imposing vaccination against the coronavirus on the entire population has gone from a totally theoretical idea, rejected by the majority of Belgians, to a possible reality for 2022. We have come a long way since even in June, when the vaccination campaign was in full swing, we barely reached 50% of favorable opinions.

In the meantime, Belgium has entered the top of the best pupils in the world vaccination ranking. Almost the entire adult population is vaccinated, although there are still pockets of resistance in some large cities and neighborhoods, especially in Brussels.
