Gathering and protest march was held in the center of Athens by women’s organizations after the 3rd gynecology within 12 days
A central rally and protest march was held in Klafthmonos Square with the central slogan “Enough is enough, no more genocide”. The occasion is the new, 16th for 2021 gynecology, this time in Alexandroupoli, where a 29 year old mother Three children, Xavier Edinerli, died tragically after being severely beaten by her husband and left seriously injured at home without medical treatment for days.

Another of the slogans heard along the way was “no one ever asked any rapist what he wore when he went out even if he drank a lot”.
It is recalled that today, December 10, is World Human Rights Day.
As Mov notes, the Panhellenic Women’s Rights Association with multifaceted action, calling for the gathering, “The culture of gender-based violence and concealment are with us, in our homes. The nightmare and bestiality we experience is untold. In a sick society like the one that remains apathetic in the face of such a criminal phenomenon, which is silent, does not react, women “fall down the stairs” every day. We will never get used to fear, we will never get used to loss! “
