Russia and Kyrgyzstan expand information cooperation – Rossiyskaya Gazeta
Rossiyskaya Gazeta will help Kyrgyzstan expand the boundaries of the information space. Such an advantageous opportunity for the government is an agreement between the publication of the Russian Federation and a large media holding of the republic, signed on December 9. As in the government of the republic, the agreements concluded strengthen mutual potential and get to know each other better.
The agreement was signed in Bishkek by Pavel Negoitsa, Director General of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Editorial Office” of the Rossiyskaya Gazeta, and Dooronbek Adakhanov, Director General of the Piramida media holding.
At present, contacts at the highest level are being developed annually. – At the same time, the media in different countries, as one gets the impression, are somewhat behind this process. It is necessary to make up for lost time. Therefore, I think the agreement will be interesting primarily for people. It is no less important that Rossiyskaya Gazeta will open up new opportunities for our partners.
“A large amount of unverified information and outright fakes are spreading in the information space, therefore, agreements on interaction between large media holdings of the two countries are of great relevance,” says Salkyn Sararnogo, the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth of Kyrgyzstan. – Expansion of cooperation expands the boundaries and, in my opinion, will help us act as a single unit – to convey verified, truthful information to the audience. I think the agreement concluded between Rossiyskaya Gazeta and Pyramida served as a good example for other mass media in the republic.
In turn, the head of the Kyrgyz media holding, Dooronbek Adakhanov, hopes that the agreement with RG will significantly increase the capabilities of the republic’s mass media. Pyramid, in particular, will get access to the huge information market in Russia and will be able to use the partner’s platforms. “I think both states will benefit from this,” he is convinced.
The agreement provides for a wide range of mutually beneficial cooperation – from the exchange of content and publications to large organizations of joint media events. At the same time, the materials of the “Rossiyskaya Gazeta” payment to partners are free of charge. RG is currently engaged in content partnership with 634 regional media outlets in Russia – in 67 out of 85 constituent entities of the countries, as well as major media outlets in China, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.
On the evening of December 9, Pavel Negoitsa, General Director of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Editorial Office” of the Rossiyskaya Gazeta, will meet with the head of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Akylbek Zhaparov.
