San Marino. Three young people arrested and released from prison for drug companies
The Civil Police reports that on 3 December, around 10.10 pm, a patrol stopped a car carrying three people in the Domagnano area.
Two males and one female were treated, all from 1999 and 2000.
The police point out how “immediately the driver appeared in a state of psychophysical alteration and when asked to undergo the legal exams, he refused and verbally attacked and outside the agents. Even one of the passengers got upset and lashed out at the police officers to obstruct the investigations that they do not narrate by making ”.
The Civil Police adds that, also thanks to the intervention of other patrols, “the three subjects were identified at the Civil Police Headquarters for the continuation of the investigations and the search of the vehicle which made it possible to find the drug inside” .
“From the elements collected, the probable person who had made the sale was identified and therefore, for investigative purposes, the police stops of the three subjects were ordered and they were validated and turned into arrest by the available Law Commissioner.
The subsequent investigations, coordinated by the Law Commissioner Elisa Beccari, led to a house search at the home of the alleged person who had made the transfer of assets on Sunday 5 December 2021.
The activity carried out made it possible to seize a precision balance, of the material useful for the packaging of doses for the purpose of transfer and of the narcotic substance.
On Monday 6 December, the guarantee interrogations were carried out at the prison and the three subjects were released from prison. Police activities are now underway to quantify the purchase and sale activity that took place between the persons under investigation and other users “.
