Heavy snowfall will hit South Moravia: It will attack 25 centimeters, meteorologists warn

On Thursday, according to meteorologist Jitka Kučerová from the Brno branch of the Czech Hydrometeorological Institute, a new snow cover of eight to fifteen centimeters will gradually form in the south of Moravia, and in the southeastern part of the region in places fifteen to twenty centimeters. “Up to twenty-five centimeters of new snow will fall in the White Carpathians,” he said.
On Friday, meteorologists usually expect a fading snowfall in most of the region, which should stop from the southwest.
