The traveling exhibition “Country of Nativity – Art in the Nativity” opens in Sarteano on 8 December, in the Church of San Francesco, at 4.30 pm, with two hundred unique works of art, from every corner of the five continents, created using the most diverse and original artistic techniques, a rich display of nativity scenes and works of art inspired by the theme of the Nativity. The fine works from the Bologni-Rappuoli collection, embellished with unique pieces made by crib masters from all over Italy such as Angela Tripi, Diego Poloniato, Marco Bonechi, to the imposing Annunciation by Maestro Gianfranco Giorni who will be next to the Church of San Martino at the most famous Annunciation, great work by Domenico Beccafumi.
