UPDATE DECEMBER 6

143 new cases of Covid positivity were registered in Verona in 24 hours, according to this morning’s regional report. No deaths. The current positives are 4,508, 106 more than yesterday. No new hospitalized, 80 remain in the non-critical area and 18 in intensive care.

Veneto has 1,709 new cases and 2 deaths. The current positives are 39,238 (+1,067). The number of hospitalized patients is increasing: they are 700 (+44) in the non-critical area and 122 (+1) in intensive care.

UPDATE 5 DECEMBER

There are 270 new cases of coronavirus positivity recorded yesterday in Verona and the province according to the regional bulletin. No deaths, but the number of positives (4,402) and hospitalized in non-critical areas (+7,80 in total) is still increasing, while the number of beds occupied in intensive care has stabilized at 18.

At a regional level there are 2,219 new cases in the 24 hours of yesterday out of over 80 thousand swabs performed. Three deaths and the number of people hospitalized in a non-critical area is still growing (+24, 656 in total). There are 123 patients in intensive care (+1 compared to yesterday).

UPDATE 4 DECEMBER

Boom of new cases in Verona and its province in the last 24 hours (from 8 yesterday morning to 8 today). According to regional bulletin in fact, 412 positive swabs registered in the Verona area bring the number of current positives to 4,241. Three deaths have been registered (2,693 since the beginning of the pandemic). Mild while of the patients it rises in a non-critical area where 73 people (-2) are hospitalized, the number of patients increases in the intensive care (+1).

At a regional level there are 2,560 new cases in 24 hours, out of over 95 thousand swabs performed, which bring the total number of current positives to 37,004. The tragic figure of 12 thousand is the count of deaths from Covid in Veneto since the beginning of the pandemic with 8 deaths in the last 24 hours. The number of hospitalized patients in the non-critical area is still rising, the only parameter still below the threshold for the yellow area. In fact, 632 beds are occupied (+27) while the number of patients in intensive care is almost stable: 122 (+1).

UPDATE 3 DECEMBER

There are 291 new cases of positivity registered in Verona and its province in the 24 hours from 8 yesterday to 8 this morning, and no deaths, as reported in today’s regional bulletin. The current positives are just over 4 thousand. The number of hospitalized patients is increasing: they are 75 (+3) in the non-critical area, and 17 (+2) in intensive care.

The Veneto also today records a high number of new infections: 3,116 (with the province of Treviso exceeding 700) and 9 deaths. The number of hospitalized patients also increased: +17 in the non-critical area (there are 605), and +10 in intensive care, where there are 121 people. A month ago, on October 3, 217 were hospitalized in the non-critical area and 52 in intensive care.

UPDATE 2 DECEMBER

The bulletin of December 2 reports a province of Verona goes against the trend compared to the rest of Veneto. While at the regional level there is a boom in infections (almost 3,000) and hospital admissions (+25) of patients affected by covid-19, in Verona the latter are stable: 72 in the non-critical area (-1) and 15 (+1) in intensive care.

There were 290 new coronavirus cases in the Verona area (3,911 the current positive) from 8 yesterday to 8 today, while in the Paduan, Venetian and Vicenza areas they broke through 500. There are 298 new cases of Covid positivity in the 24 hours from 8 yesterday to 8 this morning, recorded in today’s regional bulletin. The current positives are 3,794, 125 more than yesterday. Because of the deaths. 73 people (+3) in non-critical area are hospitalized in the hospital, and 14 (-2) in intensive care.

Veneto records 2,656 new cases and 14 deaths in the 24 hours and the current positives are 32,107, +1,258 compared to yesterday. The number of hospitalized patients increased: +15 in the non-critical area (568) and +3 in intensive care (108).
