Thriller in Thessaloniki: Minors held hostage 33 years old
The case of a 33-year-old foreigner, with the participation of two minors, was investigated by the police in Thessaloniki. Two 17-year-olds and a 31-year-old were arrested, on the charge of kidnapping the 33-year-old, transporting him to Perea, Thessaloniki, and demanding 2,000 euros from his relatives to release him.
According to the police, the 33-year-old entered Greece illegally and while he was on the national road Kavala – Thessaloniki he was abducted by the 31-year-old and by another, hitherto unknown, his collaborator. The perpetrators allegedly transported the other to the area of Perea, where the two 17-year-olds used violence against him and extorted ransom from his wife and relatives.
Officers of the Crimes Against Life Department of Personal Freedom of the Thessaloniki Security Directorate, with the assistance of OPKE police officers and the Crimes Department against the Thessaloniki Security Directorate, located the place where they were holding the 33-year-old and arrested those involved in the recitation case.
A case was filed against them for the offenses of kidnapping, extortion and illegal use of weapons.
