The Czech Republic issues test requirements for arrivals from Cyprus, Monaco, Norway and Switzerland
Authorities in the Czech Republic have announced they have added Cyprus, Norway, Switzerland and Monaco to the list of areas considered badly affected by the coronavirus; Therefore, arrivals from these countries are subject to testing requirements.

However, the authorities in the Czech Republic have made it clear that people who have completed their vaccination process against the virus and have a valid vaccination card are not required to follow entry requirements such as testing or self-isolation.
The authorities in the Czech Republic continue to classify other areas into several categories, such as: green, orange, red and Dark red, taking into account the COVID-19 situation in them.
the green List contains countries that are considered safe for the COVID-19 situation. Currently only includes the State of Vatican City from European areas.
Regarding countries outside Europe, the Czech Green List includes the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Chile, Indonesia, Colombia, Korea, Canada, Qatar, Kuwait, Macau, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Peru, United Arab Emirates, Rwanda , Uruguay or Taiwan.
Countries that pose a medium risk of infection with respect to COVID-19 and its new strains are in the Czech Republic orange Category.
The red category, which consists of areas that have recently reported high COVID-19 infection rates, includes the following countries: Bulgaria, Finland, France, Portugal, including the Azores and Madeira, Romania, Malta, Italy, Sweden, and Spain including the. Canary and Balearic Islands.
At the same time, the authorities in the Czech Republic have added the following areas to the Dark red Category after confirming that they were badly affected by the virus in the past two weeks:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Latvia, Hungary, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Norway, Monaco, Ireland, Iceland, Greece, Austria, Lithuania, Poland, San Marino, Estonia, Slovakia, Switzerland, Slovenia, as well other third countries outside the EU.
The Czech Ministry of Health has made it clear that the same rules apply to returnees from countries in the red category as to returnees from the dark red category.
