Anna Kuznetsova, Chair of the Presidium of the General Council of United Russia for Work with Citizens’ Appeals, Deputy Speaker of the State Duma, said that a new digital project will appear in the party, providing information for parents with children with developmental disabilities.

“At the reception on December 1, which was hosted by the party of the party Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev, people addressed who spoke about personal matters, and systemic issues were also raised. <...> Thanks to this reception, the party will have a new project that will allow accumulating on one digital platform all the information for parents who have children with special needs, “she said on Saturday during the third stage of the United Russia congress.

From December 1 to December 10, the United Russia party is holding receptions of citizens that have already become annual. For the first time, a single day of receptions on the occasion of the party’s birthday was held in 2013, when more than 22 thousand citizens addressed the reception offices. Since then, days, weeks and decades of receptions have been held annually. Initially, the party-foster parties were introduced.
