Ukraine showed the best result in terms of shooting speed in the men’s world
The Ukrainians fired 13 seconds faster than their opponents.
The men’s biathlon team of Ukraine in the relay race of the World Cup in Ostersund showed the best result in terms of speed on the firing line.
In the relay, biathletes have small firing ranges: two (lying and standing) for each. In addition, the format of the relay race requires the use of three additional cartridges in case of bends.

Following the results of eight firing lines, Ukraine went on one round of fines and used six additional cartridges. However, even this did not prevent her from showing the best result in terms of speed.
In total, Ukraine took 4: 07.2 minutes on the 40 target men’s team. This is 13 seconds less, the next researcher – the Norwegian national team.

How were the men shot at each stage?
- Artem Prima showed the best time to work on the firing line. The Ukrainian biathlete managed to do it thanks to the “stand”, when he can close five targets in 22.4 seconds. A total of 47 Primi targets took 47.7 seconds.
- Dmytro Pidruchny also coped with two firing lines faster than its competitors. It took him 50 seconds to reach ten targets.
- For Bogdan Tsimbal the firing lines were worse than in Prima and Pidruchny. Although he showed the best result in the first shot, he closed five targets in 22.5 seconds, eventually finishing in the top 5.
- But the worst result among Ukrainians on the firing line showed Anton Dudchenko. It took him 1: 07.3 minutes – this is the eighth result among all biathletes of the last stage.

In the course of the distance, Ukraine showed the ninth result with a gap of France in 1: 28.9 minutes. Dmytro Pidruchnyi became the best among Ukrainians, showing the second result in the second stage.
