On Saturday the duel Red Bull Salzburg vs. TSV Hartberg was on the program in the 17th round of the Admiral Bundesliga. The hosts turned the game late in the final phase and celebrated a close 2: 1 (0: 1) home win in the end!
The game started as expected in advance. Red Bull Salzburg had more possession of the ball, but had extensive problems in attacking dangerously. The guests do a lot better. The hosts took a cold shower in the tenth minute and TSV Hartberg took a 0-1 lead. Niemann fought for the ball and slipped the ball from the edge of the penalty area to 0: 1 in the mesh. The “cops” did not react to the deficit before the break. The hosts did not get a serious chance to score. TSV Hartberg is very solid defensively and brought the narrow lead into the half-time break.
After the change of sides it would have been the next blow in the neck for die Mozartstädter. In the 58th minute, a goal by Avdijaj was denied because of a wafer-thin offside position. After an hour, Salzburg coach Jaissle reacted and replaced Sesko and Aaronson. This also made the cops’ game much more powerful. One of the “Jokers” initiated the equalizer in the 75th minute. Sesko served Rasmussen and the traffic to equalize 1: 1. A standard situation ensures the decision at the end. After a corner kick from Sucic Onguene scored the 2-1 winning goal.
