According to him, a lot has been done in five years to develop the party system for protecting the rights of citizens. From January 2017 to November 2021, more than 6 million applications were received by the reception rooms of United Russia. This is an impressive figure.

He recalled that party receptions continued to work during the pandemic, organizing remote receptions of citizens, providing them with legal support, acting as a platform for volunteers.
