The royal decree containing the measures decided on Friday by the Concertation Committee to slow the spread of the coronavirus was published in the Belgian Monitor on Saturday. It appears that the indoor playgrounds, which were not mentioned at the press conference of the Concertation Committee (Codeco) on Friday, the doors will close.
The measures come into effect this Saturday at 11 a.m., before a second larger salvo on Monday.
The event
Indoor events with more than 4,000 people can no longer take place. All private gatherings and activities indoors are also temporarily prohibited with the exception of sport, gatherings in private homes or in low-capacity tourist accommodation, weddings and funerals.
Wearing a mask
Where wearing a mask is already compulsory, it is now from the age of six.

Cinemas
Cinemas can accommodate a maximum of 200 visitors per theater. The operator must take adequate measures so that the rules of social distancing can be respected, in particular the maintenance of a distance of 1.5 meters between each group.
Indoor playgrounds
Indoor playgrounds must close.
Businesses
It is forbidden for companies, associations and services of organizers of team building with a physical presence, both indoors and outdoors, and as an organizer of corporate events not accessible to the public in the workplace.
Conditions of entry into the territory
People aged twelve or over who do not have their main residence in Belgium and arrive on Belgian territory from countries outside the European Union or the Schengen area, are not on the white list (available here) must have a negative test result. The carrier is required to check the certificate when boarding.

Codeco has also formulated several recommendations: limit social contacts as much as possible and preferably meet outside. The use of self-tests is also recommended.
Other measures already in force have been confirmed, such as the opening time of HoReCa establishments only between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m. and the holding of sports competitions indoors without the public.
The new measures as well as those already existing are applicable until January 28, 2022 inclusive. They will be reassessed during a new Consultation Committee in the week of December 20, 2021.
