Genoa. Starting today, the last day of the Genoa Smart Week dedicated to intelligent mobility, and tomorrow Saturday 4 December the smart city solutions will touch the Smart City Experience, the exhibition area in Piazza Matteotti where it will be possible to try the experience of a first-person test drive. Not only cars, but also scooters, bicycles and new electric light vehicles, available for the new sustainable mobility.

The novelty of this edition, again in Piazza Matteotti, is the proposal of a calendar of events. Today at 17.30 it will be possible to listen to Chiara Celada’s performance accompanied by guitarist Matteo Celada while tomorrow, Saturday 4 December, at 9.30, it will be the turn of PLASTIC FREE, a collection of plastic and butts, on a voluntary basis, promoted by Plastic Free Odv Onlus, an association founded in 2019 with the aim of informing and raising awareness on the dangerous relationship between man and plastic, in particular the disposable one. The event is organized in collaboration with Amiu and the University of Genoa. Register at this link.

Also on Saturday 4, at 12.00, the Instameet will take place to participate in the #ChooseYourZena photo challenge. An opportunity to “capture” in the historic center, through photographs and videos, the places and moments of the Genoa of the future in the company of Genoese igers. Some free trial electric vehicles will be made available to participants. The event is organized in collaboration with CIV Porto Antico, Segway Genova and BikeFever. From 13 December 2021 to 16 January, photos and videos that won the challenge will be exhibited at Palazzo Tursi.
In the afternoon, starting at 3 pm, the square will come alive with Dancing at the Genoa Smart Week, protagonists of the Genoese dance companies: Wild Angels Zena Country, Genova Celeste Tango and Swinging Genova.
