Enac and the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of San Marino have signed a technical cooperation agreement for the implementation and recognition of the aeronautical activities carried out in their respective countries.
The agreement, signed by Enac Director General Alessio Quaranta and by the Director General of the Civil Aviation Authority of San Marino Marco Conti, commits the two organizations to a series of reciprocal tasks including: publication of aeronautical information; access to national airspace for aero-school activities; carrying out the inspection functions of the two Authorities both in Italy and in San Marino; inclusion of San Marino in the National Civil Aviation Security Program; consultants for aeronautical appraisals; exchange of aeronautical information and data.
The Republic of San Marino is a member of the ICAO – International Civil Aviation Organization, and adheres to the ECAC – European Civil Aviation Conference, the pan-European organization of the civil aviation of the member countries.
