The Karelian HOA was convicted. For the “offensive words” the tenants fought for compensation in the form of two million rubles, but according to the decision they will receive 10 thousand. In the publication, the blogger called Petrozavodsk entrepreneurs and opponents of the new rules for placing signs in the city “shit guards on guard of visual debris.” “All these people dream of further disfiguring Petrozavodsk, so that every day the townspeople are sick of their beautiful colorful advertising, which they have dirtied every piece of space,” the blogger wrote.
The court ordered him not only to remove the publication, but also to link the refutation on the website – the operative part of the judgment. The interests of the blogger were represented by lawyers, he himself was not present in court.
