At the beginning of November, all inpatient departments of Na Homolce Hospital were closed to visitors and acute inpatient care workplace VFN. Thomayer University Hospital (FTN) is banned from the end of October. FTN stopped performing non-acute long-term stable services last week, as did Na Františku Hospital. NAcute care is now gradually being reduced in the General Hospital, as Heřmánková informed today.

On Tuesday, the Ministry of Health registered 6,527 patients with covid-19 in hospitals, and 1,069 of them were in severe condition. More than 2.17 million people have been diagnosed with the new coronavirus in the Czech Republic since last March, and 33,186 have died.
