San Marino. Class of San Marino students finalist in the competition “What a business for boys”
“Last Minute Food” is the title of the project that allowed students of a mixed class of girls and boys of the Higher Secondary School to pass the preliminary selections and access the grand final.
The students, led by professors Federica Stefanelli and Alessandra Mularoni, will participate in the finals together with seven other Italian schools on Friday 3 December, in connection with Palazzo Altieri in Rome.
“Our business idea – explain the students – was born from a socio-economic survey on the effects of the pandemic linked to Covid 19; we decided to design a start-up in the food and beverage sector, the one that more than any other has been damaged and penalized in the last three years, creating an App that allows us to manage orders and food delivery fresh unsold. Our partners will be the food and beverage operators present in the San Marino area, who will find a new source of income in the unsold goods. “
The one conceived by the San Marino class “is therefore an innovative, creative and ethical business, based on and on the reduction of food waste, which has allowed our school to defeat the sustainability of over one hundred Italian high schools and access“ virtually ”to Rome. What a feat guys! “
The students involved in the project are: Diego Angiuoni, Edoardo Mularoni, Maria Chiara Zavoli, Martina Bollini, Pietro Conforti, Edorardo Menghini, Alessandro Travisani, Federico Berardi, Sofia Colombini.
