Recruitment for the position of a Member of the Management Board of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency SA – Ministry of Development and Technology
The Supervisory Board of Polska Agencja Inwestycji i Handlu SA with its seat in Warsaw, ul. Krucza 50, as well as in order to create a two-stage qualification procedure in order to select an employer at the level of a government agency of the Investment and Trade SA agency with its seat in Warsaw (“PAIH SA” Company “) and the rules and procedure for this procedure. Stage II: certification of qualifications with the candidates selected in the stage and replacement of a candidate for a candidate).
I. The PAIH SA Management Board will be appointed by the PAIH SA Supervisory Board
II. A candidate for a member of the PAIH SA Management Board should be the following date:
- have higher or higher education;
- have cooperation with a 5-year service under an employment contract, selection, selection, appointment, cooperative cooperative service or service service under another contract or performance of an order on a paid position;
- be able to have 3- experience in the place of running independent or current business activity on own account;
- function properly, be able to be authorized to perform acts in law, not to infringe or prohibit donations, established by the authorizations in consolidation;
- have experience and management of Polska Agencja Inwestycji i Handlu SA;
- have knowledge of the Act on the performance of tasks related to the promotion of the Polish economy by Agencja Inwestycji i Handlu SA;
- have an unblemished reputation.
III. A candidate for a Member of the Management Board of PAIH SA cannot be one who will be appropriate, who will exist in the field of:
- Swiss application or is a benefit willing in another company, an MP, senator-senator additional after a Swedish poll or a poll to the European Parliament
- Interviews with creative creative outside political party and for making deals;
- they are employed by the political part on the basis of an employment or employment contract on the basis of a mandate contract or other or other contract of a similar nature;
- A company of choice in the corporate organization of functions or corporate organization of an agency of a company from a capital group;
- its active social or economic difference of interests in relation to the company’s activities.

V. Applications may include:

VI. VII. The expected opening and formal evaluation of the application will take place on 9 December 2021.

XI. The candidate’s absence within the time limit set for the point will be treated as equal to the region by appointment. If two or more candidates obtain the same number of points, the form of the service will include additional interviews.

XIII. The Supervisory Board may in any case, without contributing to the event, withdraw the proceedings without the effect of calling a candidate for the position of the Management Board.
