The court believes that the magistrate would take some measures, for example, use the so-called asphalt on the road or replace the windows of a house that is located on the street, under the quality of life of the locals.
There is still a fair amount above the level of relative noise and air pollution, and I do not have a completely different situation in comparison with other similarly frequented localities, namely in Prague, in the rest of R and in comparison with other major cities in Europe and the USA, judge.
The magistrate appealed against this verdict last week. According to the head of the mayor for transport, Adam Scheinherr (Prague reindeer), the arguments are only for the time being, and the city does not have to publish them at the moment.
According to the law firm, the judgment did not comply with the first sentence and the conditions were not met, Scheinherr revealed.
The dispute has been a dog for 10 years
The Alobc group filed a lawsuit in 2008, as the living conditions in Holeoviky were not suitable at the time. In addition to the health complications of our country and our neighbors, the complaint is associated with a highly polluted environment from excessive noise and traffic emissions, explains one of the lawyers, Marek Skrun.
The whole area was drunk by the commissioning of the Blanka tunnel complex in 2015, which led to more cars driving. When cars coming from Blanka meet with vehicles coming from Severojin magistrla to the Barikdnk bridge, a hundred thousand cars pass through here every day. As a result, the street is comparable to debtors.

There is no way, the city promises quiet asphalt
According to Scheinherr, the magistrate is fully aware of the situation. However, according to him, the street is recessed and the city circuit is missing, and therefore it will be able to reach it as part of the last stages of the completion of the circuit. V Holeovikch Street does not have a sufficient detour route where frequent traffic could be diverted.
Instead, the master offers a package of smaller measures that Scheinherr said should improve the situation.
There will be new asphalt in the cell, we will remove the remaining railings, we will plant 130 new trees and 90 ke. Stromoadm will lead a new wide sidewalk. During the reconstruction, we will also build a traction line for the top-of-the-line trolleybus, thanks to which there will be some noise and emissions, says Scheinherr. According to the city, however, these measures are not enough and continue to insist on a tunnel. In addition, it is feared that these right magistrates will be used in the future as a pretext for postponing the street.
Holeoviky stly Blanka approved
Poor living conditions were one of the reasons for the Blanka tunnel in January this year to apply for approval, which it received in June 2019. The court overturned the approval of the Holeoviky association for people who attacked the case due to non-compliance with the approval conditions. This was due to the improved situation in V Holeovikch Street and the completion of the Prague Ring Road, where the traffic diverted.
According to Scheinherr, however, Prague cannot ensure the construction of the Prague Ring Road, which is the responsibility of the Ministry of Transport and the Roads and Debts Directorate. The city therefore filed an appeal against the revocation of the approved consent with the Supreme Court of First Instance, where the case awaits the hearing.
The judge also used the revocation of the approved consent as an argument in the current judgment. The court is aware of the fact that not all the measures and feasible measures have been taken in the given section, which is confirmed by the annulment of the approved decision concerning the Blanka tunnel complex, stated.
The Blanka tunnel complex now, as before the building approval, operates in a so-called test operation, which does not limit traffic in any way.
