Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan will exchange information about applicants for civil service
Russia, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan will share with each other the personal data of people who apply for public service positions. The law on the adopted document comes into force on November 30.
According to the document, countries can ask each other for information on citizenship or residence permits, on the availability of real estate or property obligations in the territory of the country that received the request. It will also be possible to find out whether the applicant for the civil service was brought to criminal or administrative responsibility. As previously explained by the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Justice Andrey Loginov, this data can pass, for example, if people who were born in the republics of the USSR want to get into civil service positions. The response to the request must be given within two months. The state may not be responsible if it is believed that the provision of information may cause significant damage to state interests, sovereignty, security, and public order.
In restricting access to the use of information, block the protection of citizens’ rights. For example, the country that received the information does not have the right to it to others.
