Since December 1, Russia has lifted restrictions on flights to three popular beach resorts, including Cuba, Mexico and Qatar. This is reported on the official website Operational headquarters for the fight against coronavirus infection.
It is clarified that such a decision was made during a meeting with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova, which took place on November 16. In addition, during the discussion, the participants decided to increase from December 1 to Italy, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Vietnam.
So, now Italy will also carry out two flights a week in Moscow – Rome, air traffic with Azerbaijan will be increased due to flights from Moscow and other Russian cities to Baku, and with Kyrgyzstan – due to flights from Zhukovsky to Bishkek and other domestic cities in Issyk-Kul (Tamchi).
At the same time, flights in Kazakhstan are expanding thanks to new flights from Zhukovsky to Nur-Sultan and Alma-Ata, from Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Orenburg, Sochi, Krasnoyarsk, Mineralnye Vody to Nur-Sultan. Flights to Alma-Ata from St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Krasnodar, Orenburg, Sochi, Mineralnye Vody, Rostov-on-Don, Omsk and Ufa will also be available; to Aktau – from St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg; in Aktobe – from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan. Flights will be made to Atyrau from St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Sochi, Rostov-on-Don, as well as to Ust-Kamenogorsk from Moscow and to Karaganda from Rostov-on-Don.
In addition, from December 1, planes from Moscow can fly twice a week to the Vietnamese cities of Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang.
From December 1, the Operational Headquarters also decided to resume air traffic with five more countries – Brazil, Bangladesh, Argentina, Mongolia and Costa Rica.
