This is a reconstruction of teaching spaces for children, which will be financed from the capital budget. m of Prague with an estimated value of over 18 million crowns.
The building in which the construction plan is planned currently serves as a counseling center. At the same time, the ground floor of the pavilion will be reconstructed with regard to the needs of the school. An elevator is also planned for the second pavilion, which will provide barrier-free access to all school buildings. The implementation of the contract for approximately 18 million crowns is planned for 2022.
“With these same investment projects of the Department of Education, we are based primarily on the need to renovate and expand the existing premises of school buildings, which are due to demographic development and the related necessary increase in the capacity of kindergartens and primary schools. The implementation of this extension will provide Litvínovská Kindergarten with 300 new teaching spaces for children and, given the specific requirements of this school, will enable reconstruction and at the same time overall improvement of teaching, including the accessibility of the entire kindergarten, “said the councilor. m of Prague for education Vít Šimral.
