Marina Development Corporation engaged in the development of Marina di Ventimiglia and Pisa in Progress
Ventimiglia. Marina Development Corporation (“MDC”) – company active in urban regeneration together with tourist ports, on behalf of the Closed Real Estate and Leisure Fund – advised Namira S, on behalf of the Closed Real Estate Fund Pisa in progress, in the finalization of the purchase of the building areas surrounding the Tourist Port of Pisa, following the purchase deed signed in April. For this area of 160,000 square meters (55,000 square meters) – for which the recovery plan was already approved in 2006 – MDC will be project and development manager: the company is already committed to updating the urban regeneration project called “Marina di Pisa” which, through a real estate development for accommodation, retail and residential use, will act as a driving force for the revitalization of the Pisan coast.
To this end, in mid-2022 MDC will deposit the building permit for the first fifty apartments and commercial spaces, putting into practice a recovery plan aimed at realizing a project planned for years. MDC is already involved in the development of Marina of Ventimiglia, a project by urban regeneration in Ventimiglia (Liguria) aimed at creating a new tourist / accommodation destination that involves the construction of a 5-star hotel overlooking the marina, apartments, shops and restaurants, sports facilities and a school international.
Marina Development Corporation (MDC), founded in 2020, provides consultancy and property management services to qualified investors for the responsible development of destinations connected to marinas in the Mediterranean. MDC currently assists, in addition to Pisa in Progress, the BDF fund for the “Marina di Ventimiglia” real estate project as developer and project manager.
