Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said Russia is considering an invasion of Ukraine, but there is no evidence yet. This is reported by “Ukrainian Truth”.
“Of course, Russia views the invasion as one of the alternatives. There is no evidence that the decision to implement it has already been made in Moscow, but this option is on their table, ”the minister said, adding that when considering Russia’s actions“ in a broader context ”, the situation looks“ very gloomy ”.
According to him, at present, Ukraine and its partners are working to prevent Russia from taking such a path, which can be achieved “only by a powerful policy of containment.” Kuleba also prepared that the modern Ukrainian army is much better than in 2014, and for the Russian troops “the march to Ukraine will not be easy.”
Earlier, columnist Sasha Glaser wrote in an article for Business Insider that Washington was involved in an extremely dangerous game, providing Kiev with guarantees of imaginary security. The author of the article notes that because of this, a “conflict with a nuclear power”, that is, Russia, may begin.
