“January 2022 is the month of justice reforms”
Meeting this afternoon at Palazzo Begni, convened by the Secretary of State for Justice and in the presence of the council groups represented in Parliament, for a discussion on the law amending the judicial system.
He talks about it in a note Future Republic, whose members, present at the meeting, declared that “this last moment of confrontation which, for our political strength, follows a single previous meeting in the presence of all the council groups, as well as being late it is also unfortunately useless, given the limited time needed to discuss the law and given the rigidity in dealing with some crucial issues“.
“We focused above all on the elective quorums of the lay and robed part for the election of the members of the Plenary Judicial Council, and on the need for an effect of the powers of the State. Many other issues could be discussed that could make the provision better and acceptable “, declare the advisers of the political force better, who left the meeting with a willingness and a wish:”May January be the month of justice reforms, without haste and without forcing, following a real and constructive confrontation. We hope that the majority and the government can at least appreciate this proposal. Otherwise we will all have lost a great opportunity and the country will pay the costs “.
