The head of the Federal Bailiff Service of Russia for the Leningrad Region, Gleb Abaturov, went with the special forces to the Gatchina department of the department and interrogated a subordinate who was four months pregnant. Writes about it 47news…
The incident took place on the evening of November 11. Special forces officers asked workers to stay where they were and entered each workplace. They went ahead to Abaturov’s subordinate Irina Merits and asked her to follow to the office where Abaturov and his deputies were. Later, the bailiff, the newspaper writes, arranged an interrogation for the woman and promised to “write to her in the Investigative Committee” of Russia.
It is known that in March Meritz takes on the enforcement proceedings on debt collection by one legal entity with another. The amount of eight million rubles was transferred to the plaintiff, he first confirmed the receipt, but then the clerk that he paid the money directly and demanded that the bailiffs return it. At the same time, before the transfer, Meritz contacted the claimant – he allegedly clarified that the debtor had not sent the money. It is assumed that this is what angered Abaturov: he said that Meritz was in a conspiracy.
In this regard, the woman was interrogated and released only at about three o’clock in the morning, like the rest of the officers. In addition, the workers were searched at the exit from the department. The day after the interrogation, Meritz became ill.
Abaturov, in an interview with reporters, refused to comment on information about what allegedly happened in the department.
On June 21, it was reported that in the Samara region, a trial is underway over a retired judge, who was harassed by the FSB after a bribe for the parole of a convicted person. The man, as the investigation believes, requested 500 thousand rubles for his decision.
