Panazol and Chemin Bas d’Avignon in 32nd, not Le Havre
Fallers of RCO d’Agde (N3) and Angoulême Charente FC (N2), JS Chemin Bas d’Avignon and AS Panazol, two residents of Regional 2, will be at the rendezvous of the 32nd finals. This will not be the case for Le Havre, beaten by US Chauvigny (N3).
After a Saturday rich in twists and turns, this Sunday was marked by the qualification in the 32nd finals of two Regional 2 clubs, JS Chemin Bas d’Avignon and AS Panazol.
The first, opposed to the RCO d’Agde (N3), won on the smallest of the margins (1-0) while the second, facing Angoulême Charente FC (N2), had to wait for the shooting session at but to validate their ticket (1-1, 4 tab 3).
Le Havre surprise in Chauvigny
Last match of this cup weekend and last surprise: Le Havre, resident of Ligue 2 BKT, was finished by US Chauvigny (N3). Despite the three division gap, the Chauvinese held on for 90 minutes and obtained their qualification on penalties, Julien Caillaud pushing back Khalid Boutaib’s first attempt. His partners have not trembled (0-0, 4 tab 3) and will be at the rendezvous of the 32nd finals. After Grenoble and Rodez, Le Havre is the third L2 club to fall during this 8th tour.
End of the course on the other hand for the Petit-Poucet Intermarché of the 8th round, the RC Salouël-Saleux (D2, District of the Somme), beaten (3-0) by the Wasquehal Football (N3) at the Licorne stadium of Amiens .
