The ground is in accordance with the ground plan and in accordance with the prepared and discussed ground study, for the project of the Ministry of Land Development and the ground plan Petr Hlavek (for TOP 09).
Therefore, the city is directly involved in the preparation of project documentation, which should be completed at the end of five years. Thanks to the construction, about fifty flats for 191 million crowns should be built in the locality.
The urban study of the Nov Dvory area, which arose in connection with the construction of a new metro station, is also needed for urban development in the locality.
In the future of transport construction, a new town for recreation and sports may emerge. The country in which the study is conducted in two city districts, in Prague 12 and Prague 4. At the arrest of 2022, the city will discuss the planned study.
In addition to the apartment in Novy Dvory, PDS thus performs construction on urban land in various localities of the metropolis. For example, in co-operation with Prague 5, 266 new flats should be built in Radlick Street.
We also cooperate with other city districts, where we are also preparing the establishment of housing estates. We are currently in the process of preparing the city of Prague 12, and Prague 10, Prague 13 and Prague 8 have also shown interest, Hana Kordov Marvanov (for STAN), councilor for housing legislation and support.
The house in Radlick should have a rough floor area of about 20,000 square meters.
