A hot novelty of this year’s skating season is the ice rink on Střelecký Island, which Prague 1 built here in cooperation with Malostranská beseda.
Ice Rink Na Frantisku
The ice rink right in the center of Prague, measuring 40×20 meters, is practically located right next to Na Františku Hospital. It is built on the artificial grass of a multi-purpose playground, which serves active Praguers from spring to autumn. The rink is also suitable for visiting with small children, but the operator prohibits the use of hockey sticks and dogs are also prohibited from entering the area.
