VADUZ – With a motion, the FBP takes on the tax discrimination against foreigners after the state court decision in the matter of municipal tax surcharge. The aim of the initiative is to enable the corresponding municipalities to lower their surcharge – through compensation through the financial equalization and the resident surcharge.
