Murder trial at the regional court in Munich: Serious mental abnormality – Ebersberg

Sugar Mizzy November 26, 2021

The man from the Ebersberg district, who is said to have carried out several castrations and one that resulted in death, desecrated corpses in the 1990s and made photos and videos of them – expanded.

And now also desecration of corpses: A 67-year-old man from the northern district of Ebersberg, who is currently facing the Munich district court for serious and dangerous bodily harm as well as for murder by omission, has his knowledge of castration and other surgical interventions in the genital – and anal area probably not only acquired by watching a testicle removal in a Munich clinic and websites. On Friday, in the trial of the electrician, in whose care a man allegedly died after being castrated by him, a chief detective was summoned as a witness who knows the defendant from the 1990s – as a perpetrator in various cases of disturbance of the peace of the dead .

The defendant worked for an undertaker

At that time, as was the case recently, the defendant worked, among other things, in a funeral home. When the corpse of an 86-year-old man with extensively removed sexual organs was found in the morgue of a clinic, it was not long before the police officers found the now 67-year-old as the perpetrator. Cameras were found on him. The photos on it showed dead men and women, detailed shots of piercings made on breasts and in the genital area that the defendant had, as well as objects that were inserted in the vaginal area. In a video that was seized, the suspect is said to have placed an apple on a chair and then inserted it into his anus. “He wanted to open a piercing studio,” said the chief detective, describing his memories of the defendant’s reasoning at the time, with which he continued his actions.

The 67-year-old never opened a piercing studio, as the expert Cornelis Stadtland later emphasized in court as part of his psychiatric report. In his view, this motive was advanced similarly to the defendant’s assertion in the present case that the castrations were only carried out for financial and altruistic reasons. The expert nun deviated from his preliminary reports in key points, since the statements of the accused to him in the statements of the many witnesses were consistent.

The accused is not incompetent

According to the opinion of the expert, the accused had a multiple disorder of sexual preference. This is supported by his sadistic and possibly masochistic behavior, among other things. As an example, Cornelis Stadtland cited a video that was shown on one of the previous days of the trial: It showed how the accused inserted a thick, blunt needle into a penis and was there. For ten minutes. The psychiatrist also referred to the testimony of a witness, the wife of one of the castrated men with whom the defendant is said to have entered into a slave contract. He penetrated the woman, in her early 30s, with dirty sex toys – the witness testified in court that she was disgusted with the 67-year-old. In addition to the disorder of sexual preference, there is another serious mental abnormality. However, the expert saw the ability to control and inspect in the case of the indictment, so that the conditions for psychiatric detention are not given. A verdict in the fall is expected in December.
