Embodied beauty is the longest artificial lake in Hungary
Located north of Kaposvár, 8 km long and 26 km long, it is not only the longest artificial lake in Hungary, but probably one of the most beautiful in its category.
In the mid-1970s, Krisztián Borbély, a nature photographer who visited the lake swollen by the dam of the Deseda stream, visited the lake with a dam closing the valley. Previously, we also showed fabulous pictures of the symbol of Kis-Balaton and Lake Balaton, which turned brown at the Zala estuary, among other things.
The current series doesn’t hang out either, Deseda, which boasts autumn colors, really gives the impression of the perfect place to go.
The Desedai Park Forest was otherwise formed in the northern part of the lake, studded with playgrounds and educational trails. The arboretum of the park forest extends as a peninsula from the north into the lake, which can be approached through a hundred-meter wooden bridge.
