Changes in entry rules for countries and areas
The Ministry of Health and Care Services introduces requirements for entry quarantine on entry from France, Monaco, Portugal and Spain, the archipelago of the Azores belonging to Portugal, the region of Norra Savolax SVD in Finland and the region of Gotland and Västernorrland in Sweden. The changes take effect from midnight, night to Monday 29 November.
The entry quarantine only applies to travelers from red, dark red and gray countries (countries and areas outside the EEA / Schengen and the United Kingdom) who do not have a valid, verifiable corona certificate. Children and young people under the age of 18 are independent of where they come from. The entry quarantine can also be shortened for all travelers by negative PCR test taken no earlier than three days after arrival.
The changes in the country list will appear from the covid-19 regulation and the interactive map on FHI.no as of Monday, November 29th.
Countries in Europe
The following countries still do not have requirements for entry quarantine (same requirements for green and orange countries):
No country is green from week 47.
Orange: Italy, Malta, San Marino and Vatican City.
The following countries will be introduced requirements for entry quarantine:
France, Monaco, Portugal and Spain (all changed from orange to red).
The following countries continue to be red or dark red and have requirements for entry quarantine (same requirements for red and dark red countries):
Red: Cyprus and Romania.
Dark red: Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Croatia, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg (changed from red), Netherlands, Poland (changed from red), Slovakia, Slovenia, Great Britain, Switzerland (changed from red). red), Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary and Austria.

Sweden

Denmark (including autonomous territories)
No regions are green or orange in Denmark from week 46.
The following regions continue to be red or dark red and require entry quarantine (same requirements for red and dark red regions):
No regions in Denmark are red from week 48.
Dark red: The capital (including Copenhagen), Central Jutland (changed from red), North Jutland (changed from red), Zealand and Southern Denmark (changed from red).
The Faroe Islands continue to have the color code dark red and therefore retain requirements for entry quarantine.
Greenland changes color code from red to dark red and retains requirements for entry quarantine.
Finland
The following regions still do not have requirements for entry quarantine (same requirements for green and orange regions):
No regions in Finland are green from week 48.
Orange: Kajanaland SVD, Lapland SVD, North Karelia SVD, Satakunta SVD, Södra Savolax SVD, Vasa SVD, Östra Savolax SVD and Åland (changed from green).
The following region will be introduced requirements for entry quarantine:
Norra Savolax SVD (changed from orange to red).
The following regions remain red and require entry quarantine:
Birkaland SVD, Central Hämeenlinna SVD, Southwest Finland SVD, Helsinki and Uusimaa SVD, Kymmenedalen SVD, Länsi-Pohja SVD, Central Finland SVD, Central Ostrobothnia SVD, Northern Ostrobothnia SVD, Päijat-Häme SVD, South-East SVarb and South-East Karbott.
