Are you returning from abroad to Slovakia? Don’t forget this duty!
Passengers from abroad are still obliged to register via the eHranica form upon arrival in Slovakia.
All unvaccinated persons must undergo quarantine upon arrival in the country. It recalls the Public Health Office (ÚVZ) SR. The first registration through eHranice is valid for the fully vaccinated for the next six months, the uninvolved are obliged to register every time they return from abroad. In the case of unvaccinated pendulums, it is sufficient registration once a month. Children under 12 and two months do not need to register.
If the quarantine of the unvaccinated will have an asymptomatic course, it ends on the tenth day. It may also end with the result of an RT-PCR test, which is possible on the fifth day at the earliest. Quarantine also applies to all unvaccinated members of the household who have no exception. Commuters are exempted from quarantine if they have a confirmation from the employer and the RT-PCR result is not older than seven days.
When arriving in Slovakia by air, it is also necessary to fill in the form on the website www.mindop.sk/covid/. In the case of return from some countries, it is also necessary to obtain milk by RT-PCR test results not older than 72 hours. If symptoms of COVID-19 appear after returning from abroad, it is mandatory to report to a general practitioner or pediatrician.
