A tree was quietly lit in Prague, and it will be traditional until January
Let ‘s decorate it in the colors of Prague, ie we will replace it with red and yellow with gold, it will be painted by two Prague councilors, Jan Chabr. There are 240 decorative balls of different sizes and light kilometers per tree on the tree. We used 40 3D light snowflakes to evoke the atmosphere, added Tom Jlek, Chairman of the Board of Technology of the Capital City of Prague, to iDNES.cz.
Leton spruce came from the Jizera Mountains, where the surroundings were dangerous in an unstable ground in the middle of the village. It is a wall and a matter of prestige, the cadon is the most famous tree in the Czech Republic, said Chabr. Representatives of the city chose a tree from Jablonec from 35 offers, they were impressed by its shape and rich branch.
The tree will adorn Staromstsk nmst tradin until January 6. After the decoration, it spreads and travels to the ZOO, where it serves as food for the animals. The new tribe, from which students make furniture for senior homes, will also be used, Jlek said.
The tree was decorated by the Technology of the Capital City of Prague company in cooperation with the Taiko company in less than a week, just as it was a year ago.
The original small tree was lit up and since Saturday, when the traditional outdoor markets were to be opened. Due to the unfavorable epidemiological situation, the government banned the markets from working for 18 hours and thus, for example, alcohol consumption in public. We have given up the traditional light of the epidemic situation. At other times, 10,000 people are meeting in this area, and we do not want to worsen the current situation. Whenever the space will have a decorated tree to look at in the coming days, said Jlek.
For the second year, the solemn lighting did not take place. Due to the pandemic, the city management also let the decorations light up without much notice before the assembly.
The lighted outdoor tree has been prepared by some central cities online. Initially, the company will launch an Advent help online program on the city’s website. At least in this way, the people heard the word encouraged by their friends, music and festive fans, Nymburk City Hall Olga Vendlov said for TK.
