SunExpress will return to the line from Prague to Antalya in the spring
Antalya is one of the most popular holiday destinations in Prague.
SunExpress plans to resume seasonal flights between Prague and the Turkish resort of Antalya in May next year after a “covid” break. SunExpress will operate the line up to three times a week. The company flew it for the first time in June 2018, but missed the last two summer seasons.
“We are very pleased to be able to use our passengers in the Czech Republic again in the coming season with attractive and direct connections to Turkey’s most beautiful destinations,” said SunExpress Sales Director Peter Glade.
In the high season, the company will broadcast flights from Prague to Antalya on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. “Antalya is one of the busiest holiday destinations. It was also very popular during this summer, when travel to Turkey was limited by restrictions. So I believe that the line has strong potential and will be successful. “ added Jiří Vyskoč, Executive Director of Aviation Development at Prague Airport. This year, Smartwings flew to Antalya from Prague.
SunExpress was founded in 1989 as a joint venture between Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines.
