Ryanair launches the new Perugia-Vienna route
Not only Barcelona, with flights available (on Tuesdays and Thursdays) from 29 March 2022. In the next year, Ryanair will also connect the ‘San Francesco di Assisi’ international airport with Vienna. On the company’s website, in fact, the route that will connect Perugia with the capital of Austria starting from March 28th has appeared. Again two weekly flights (Monday and Friday).

TIMETABLE – The departure from the Umbrian capital is scheduled for 16.35 with arrival in Vienna at 18.05, while for the return it will take off from Austria at 14.40 on Monday and at 14.25 on Friday, with arrival in Umbria scheduled for 4.10pm on Mondays and 3.55pm on Fridays.
The winter season of the San Francesco d’Assisi airport, which started on November 1st, explained a note from Sase, “sees the confirmation of flights to London, Tirana, Malta (from December 3) and Catania”. For 2022, the president of the Umbria Region, Donatella Tesei explained in the regional council, “the goal of 300 thousand passengers, Covid permitting, will be achievable with a plan of 16 routes starting from spring with connections with the most important European cities, with all of southern Italy, including Sardinia, to two international hubs such as Munich and London, with all conceivable industrial, commercial and tourism implications “.
