Golden Palm Award on October 24 in Milan during the 1st tiramisu world championship, the pastry chef from Lyon Nabil Barina is back in Lyon (Rhône) to “make you discover its signature creations around one of the favorite desserts of the French”.
An ephemeral store
Nabil Barina, we told you last month, is the tiramisu world champion. The Lyon pastry chef “now wants to share his victory with the Lyonnais”.
In this but, he organizes an ephemeral shop on a barge on the banks of the Rhône, the Saturday November 27, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.. The chef will present an ephemeral range of three tiramisus at a price of € 8 each.
- “The Como” : vanilla tiramisu cream, arabica coffee biscuit, spicy caramel;
- “The Bolshoi” : hazelnut tiramisu cream, Japanese yuzu cream, arabica coffee biscuit;
- “The Verde” : vegetable tiramisu cream, apple compote cooked in two ways, buddha hand petal, lime zest, green coffee.
Nabil Barina also offers ” The Panémisu“, His latest creation“ in a very limited edition ”. This is a panettone garnished with tiramisu tracers, “an introduction to the end of year holiday season” at a price of € 12 each.
The meeting is therefore given in the 6th arrondissement of Lyon at 15 Quai du Général Sarrail.
