Since yesterday, in the meantime, the yellow alert has been announced by the Civil Protection for the whole region: “The Regional Functional Center announces that the Civil Protection Department has issued today (yesterday, ed) the warning of adverse weather conditions with an indication that from the early hours on Thursday 25 November 2021, and for the following 24-36 hours there will be widespread rainfall in Lazio, also of a reverse temporal nature, especially on the coastal areas. The phenomena will be accompanied by strong showers, frequent electrical activity and local gusts of wind. The Regional Functional Center carried out the assessment of the Alert / Criticality Levels and therefore forwarded a bulletin with a yellow alert for hydrogeological and hydrogeological criticalities due to thunderstorms on all the alert areas of Lazio; hydraulic criticality on North Coastal Basins, Rome Basins, South Coastal Basins and Liri Basin. The Permanent Operations Room of the Lazio Region issued the alert of the Regional Civil Protection System and invited all the structures to have all the fulfilments of competence.
