Triesenberg Advent celebration “Luster” canceled – Liechtenstein
TRIESENBERG – The Advent celebration “Lichterglanz” and the associated Christmas market on the Triesenberg village square on Sunday, November 28th, will not take place, as the community announced.
With a heavy heart, the community of Triesenberg decided to cancel the Advent celebration “Lichterglanz” and the Advent market on Sunday, November 28th, as stated in the announcement on Wednesday. “The measures from Friday to curb the corona payments are very difficult to implement and can hardly be controlled during implementation,” it says. “Unfortunately, isolated items on the program have been canceled and stand operators have canceled. The community would like to show its solidarity with other organizers.
Last but not least, this should also help to reduce the number of deaths with regard to the ski season starting in mid-December and dying before Christmas time. “So that we can all enjoy carefree ice skating, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, etc. in Malbun and in the entire Alpine region and spend wonderful hours with our loved ones at Christmas,” says the Triesenberg community. They hope for the understanding of the artists, exhibitors and visitors.
